Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services and the work involved, all payments made to Tiny Giant Marketing Agency LLC are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, fees for:

• Strategy development
• Digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media)
• Content creation
• Website design and development
• Advertising spend management
• Any other marketing-related services

Once a payment is made, it is considered final, and no refunds will be provided, regardless of the outcome of the campaign or services rendered.

2. Service Cancellation

You may cancel services at any time by providing 30 days written notice as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Upon cancellation, services will continue through the end of the 30-day notice period. Any payments due for the services during the notice period must be completed as per our agreement. However, no refunds will be issued for any payments already made, including partial months of service.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare case of billing errors or extenuating circumstances, you may contact us at billing@tinygiantmarketing.com within 10 business days of the disputed charge. We will review the situation and may, at our sole discretion, issue partial credits or account adjustments if a valid error has occurred. However, this does not constitute a waiver of our No Refund Policy.

4. No Guarantees

While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients, Tiny Giant Marketing Agency LLC does not guarantee specific results, such as increased sales, leads, or rankings. Digital marketing involves many variables outside of our control (such as algorithm changes, market conditions, and customer behavior). As such, refunds will not be provided based on campaign performance or expected results.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute through your bank or payment provider violates this No Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions you agreed to upon engaging our services. If a chargeback or dispute is filed, Tiny Giant Marketing Agency LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate all services and take legal action to recover outstanding payments and associated fees.
